Role & responsibilities

[Manufacturing Engineering- Aluminum Machining-Case machining ]

• Knowledge of Crank Shaft or Cam Shaft in Steel Component.
• Plan the day-to-day execution and technical support to Improve Machining Process and support Production department.
• Responsible for on-time release of PR/PO of Capex/ Opex items related to Improvement items and Capital Assets.
• Responsible for ECR [Engineering Change Request] and leading in ECN implementation/change management.
• Support for Conducting Tool trials, Fixture Prove outs during NPI/Process Improvement.
• Preparing Document as per ISO/SMG Standards and revision management.
• Execute Project plan activities to meet the plan and milestone targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Manufacturing Engineering [Case machining (AL machining) ]
• Good Understanding of GD&T
• Knows AutoCAD- 2D
• NC Programing
• Past experience of HMC,SPM & VMC
• Basic knowledge of APQP
• Experience of Installation & commissioning of machine
• Basic knowledge of Capital procurement.
• Basic knowledge of Cutting tools
