Job Description
A Financial Analyst would undergo two 6-month structured assignments over a period of one year. This would involve a combination of diverse rotational assignments, on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership with the ability to advance within the Finance and Accounting organization upon completion.
A Financial Analyst under the supervision of the business finance leader will assist in following activities of financial management:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Assist in the computation, filing, and reconciliation of direct and indirect taxes for both Indian and international operations.
- Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Handle financial operations for international subsidiaries, including compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to initiatives for process automation and operational efficiency in finance functions.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies for financial operations.
What will you need to know:
- MBA Finance graduates with an engineering background
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
What would be great to have
- Working knowledge of development framework such as R, R Studio, Python, Java
- Exposure to digital technologies like Machine Learning, Gen AI etc
