A Financial Analyst would undergo two 6-month structured assignments over a period of one year. This would involve a combination of diverse rotational assignments, on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership with the ability to advance within the Finance and Accounting organization upon completion.
A Financial Analyst under the supervision of the business finance leader will assist in following activities of financial management:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Assist in the computation, filing, and reconciliation of direct and indirect taxes for both Indian and international operations.
Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
Handle financial operations for international subsidiaries, including compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
Contribute to initiatives for process automation and operational efficiency in finance functions.
Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies for financial operations.
What will you need to know:
MBA Finance graduates with an engineering background
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
What would be great to have
Working knowledge of development framework such as R, R Studio, Python, Java
Exposure to digital technologies like Machine Learning, Gen AI etc
