Responsibilities
Provide technical & SME coaching for Delivery Partner (DP) Engineers/Advocates
Partner with the SDM and CSS Training teams (CSS L&D and WWL) to address any readiness gaps, ensuring findings and remediations shared across Delivery Partners and LOBs, as applicable.

Customer Satisfaction meeting and exceeding all targets as set in SoW for DPs
Handle 95% of escalations to PTA team without intervention from Organizations Internal teams except for Bugs and product defects
Skills:
1. Customization Capabilities: Mastery in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, fields, relationships, business rules, and processes to tailor the system according to business needs.
2. Solution Design: Ability to design solutions and architectures within Dynamics 365 CE, including designing custom modules, integrations, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
3. JavaScript and Client-side Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript and client-side scripting to extend Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, customize form behavior, validate data, and enhance user experience.
4. Plug-ins and Custom Workflow Activities: Knowledge of developing and implementing server-side logic using plug-ins and custom workflow activities to automate complex business processes and data manipulation.
5. Web API and RESTful Services: Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE Web API and RESTful services for integrating with external systems, data retrieval, and manipulation.
6. Customization Development Tools: Experience with tools like Visual Studio, Power Apps Maker, Power Platform CLI, and XRM Toolbox for advanced customization, development, and deployment.
7. Canvas and Model-driven Apps: Proficiency in creating canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps, tailoring user interfaces and designing user-friendly experiences.
8. Data Migration and Data Integration: Skills in migrating and integrating data between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using tools like Data Import Wizard, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, etc.
9. Power Automate Integration: Ability to integrate Power Automate workflows and automate business processes within Dynamics 365 CE using flow connectors and triggers.
10. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing, debugging, and resolving issues related to customizations, plug-ins, workflows, and data migration within Dynamics 365 CE.
11. Security and Access Control: Implementing security measures, managing user roles, permissions, and ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards within customizations.
