Job Description
Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our global services procurement function, with a strong track record across both direct and indirect procurement categories.
Job Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Requirement:

- Critical thinking: Analytical problem solver who can frame problems, identify solutions and work with the wider team in solving them
- Self-starter: Takes initiative, shows resourcefulness
- Conflict Management: Good at handling conflicts and challenge wherever necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong presentation and adaptive skills
- Agility and flexibility to quickly understand the stakeholder needs
- People management and strong managerial skills
- Good knowledge & understanding of Procurement activities
- Experience of ARIBA or other P2P systems
- Experience in maintaining procurement procedures
- Experience of contracts and commercial documents
- Ability to interface with cross functional teams to drive the best outcome
