Software Dev Lead/Fullstack Developer

What we are looking for: We are looking for Fullstack Developer for one of our internal Project.
Role: Fullstack Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Shift timings: Overlapping US hours
Years of experience: 10+ Years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Assess the existing front-end codebase to identify areas that require additional test coverage, focusing on edge cases and user interactions.
- Experience applying agentic/AI code assistants such as Cursor with various LLMs, Git Hub Co Pilot to the development process
- Translate and document user stories into story points and technical features.
- Assign items in the product backlog to developers on the team.
- Conduct Code Reviews and ensure submissions comply with standards. The ideal candidate will have leveraged automated checks according to frameworks/tools such as Fortify or SonarQube.
- Implement best practices and coach team members for code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver consistent and efficient user experiences.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
- Ensure smooth integration of UI components with back-end services and APIs.
- Integrate unit tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automated tests are run as part of the development and deployment process.
- Write comprehensive unit tests with automated tooling to ensure the stability and reliability of front-end components.
- Design and implement event-driven architecture and microservices to enhance scalability and maintainability of applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core and JavaScript, C#
- Strong proficiency in UI Framework tools like React, Angular
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Knowledge on how to leverage advanced API strategies
- Expertise in writing unit tests using Jest, with a focus on ensuring high test coverage for UI components.
- Familiarity with modern front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure Dev Ops or GitHub) and integrating front-end unit tests into the development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading teams of at least five engineers.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring less-experienced engineers.
- Expertise in event-driven architecture and microservices.
