INSPHERE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for Microsoft CRM - Functional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Microsoft CRM - Functional Consultant to join our team
• The Functional Consultant will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, and ensuring successful implementation
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM processes, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering effective solutions

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand CRM requirements
• Conduct workshops and interviews to identify business processes and user needs
• Solution Design:Design and document Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Configuration and Customization:Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific business needs
• Customize entities, fields, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational processes
• Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into CRM systems
• Validate and clean data to maintain data integrity
• Training and Adoption:Develop and deliver user training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption of CRM solutions
• Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between CRM and integrated platforms
• Quality Assurance:Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and performance of CRM solutions
• Address and resolve issues identified during testing
