Job Description

Role

• This is a contract remote role for a Guidewire Insurance Developer at Ekloud, Inc.
• The Guidewire Insurance Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Guidewire insurance solutions.
• Day-to-day tasks include customizing and configuring Guidewire applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Total development experience of 5+ yrs hands-on experience in the GW Insurance systems of PC
• Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration
• Good understanding of Design Patterns, OOPs, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in complex application stacks

Good to have:

• Certified in Guidewire - Cloud
• Experience with REST web services is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Self-starter and can work independently
