Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, NLP, and AI orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI models, cloud-based AI deployments (Google Vertex AI preferred), and multi-agent AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude) for real-world applications.
Build Conversational AI solutions using VertexAI Agent Buider or frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Langraph.
Implement agentic AI architectures for autonomous task execution.
Implement Multi agentic AI architectures for autonomous task execution.
Deploy and optimize AI models on cloud platforms (Google Vertex AI, AWS, Azure)
Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and contribute to innovation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
Strong expertise in LLMs, Transformers, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar AI libraries.
Hands-on experience in cloud AI deployments (Google Vertex AI CCAI/Dialogflow CX/Agent builder preferred).
Understanding of multi-agent AI systems and automation.
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise-grade applications.
