Job Location KolkataExperience 5-10 YearsGender Male/ FemaleJob Details Urgrntly looking for a CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE for a renowned jewellery showroom .Candidate should be from South Kolkata . Both male and female are preferred.Experience-5-10 years.Timing-11-8:30 pm.Job Responsibilites:

Presenting and selling of Diamond Jewellery products / services using well-mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.

To sell Jewellery items (Gold / Diamond) in the showroom.

Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs.

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.

Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Maintain sales targets.

Reach out to customer leads through follow up.

Coordinate sales effort with team members.

Cross selling products and upgrading customers budgets.

Explain selling schemes to the customer

Knowledge about counter sales and stock reporting.

Maintaining accurate records.
