Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and experienced Executive - Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, possess hands-on experience with Tally, and demonstrate proficiency in accounting entries related to purchase bookings and advance payments.

Responsibilities:

• Must be highly proficient in Tally ERP (latest version).
  
• Strong command over all types of accounting entries, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal, contra, and GST-related entries.
  
• Should have hands-on experience in salary processing, including preparation of salary sheets, statutory deductions, and disbursements.
  
• Must be well-versed with PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) payments and filings.
  
• Experience in bank reconciliation and maintaining accurate bank records is required.
  
• Must ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all financial entries.
  
• Should be able to manage ledger reconciliation, financial report generation, and assist in audits.
  
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance timelines and documentation is essential.
