Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Client Outreach & Engagement

- Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

- Initiate discussions with prospects to introduce Platina's suite of products and communicate the value proposition effectively.

- Build and manage strong client relationships to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.


2. Consultative Selling

- Understand client requirements and challenges through active listening.

- Understand customer needs and pain points and be able to position a solution to solve their requirements using our products.

- Schedule, coordinate, and manage demos and technical discussions between prospects and technical specialists in the team.

- Conduct short online feature walk-throughs to demonstrate specific capabilities.

- Maintain communication with prospects via phone, email and WhatsApp, providing timely updates and addressing queries.

- Actively track accounts utilizing a Sales CRM platform.


3. Sales Closure & Revenue Generation

- Achieve target revenue by leveraging good relationships, regular communication, strategic positioning and skillful negotiation.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, including pricing negotiations and contract finalization, to achieve defined revenue results.

- Maintain accurate sales data using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the team.


Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

- 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B/inside sales, preferably in the IT or SaaS domain.


- Strong communication and presentation skills to successfully pitch and present company's products and services.

- Exceptional customer relationship management and collaboration skills.


- Strong analytical abilities to derive insights that drive results and deliver customer value.

- Passion for technology and understanding of ATS and CRM software for recruitment is a plus.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
