Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strong first-principles problem solver to join our team as our Marketing Lead. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the co-founders to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with our brand vision and mission.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
- Development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and events.
- Develop and manage the company's content marketing strategy, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns. Manage and execute the company's influencer marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future campaigns and strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
What well need: - Ability to think strategically and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Hustle and get things done attitude.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or activewear industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
