Role & responsibilities

• Attending walk-in customer for documentation.
• Attending incoming calls for registry.
• Giving reminder call to clients for overdue payments.
• To handle customers queries by calls providing them solutions accordingly.
• Sending customer details through whatsapp.
• Filling paper work procedure for registry.
