Job Description

Finacle 10x Version , Unix/Linux, SQL, API, Connect 24 API, Oracle BE/Equivalent/ Graduate Computer Science

• Providing 24*7 support for applications related issues and concerns
• Monitoring utilization of all the application servers in UNIX and MSSQL to avoid any unforeseen incidents.
• Keeping the application file system in control
• Playing vital role as administrator during DR drill
• Handling issues related to connect24 server and ensuring smooth functioning of the day.
• Ensuing that all the delivery channels (like ATM, Internet Banking, UPI, Mobile banking, NACH, AEPS) are efficiently up and running.
• Acting as a one point of contact for all major issue related to End of day activity EOD and Begin of day activity BOD (functional, technical and administration).
• Monitor production application error logs with respect to services, performance, security, capacity and take corrective actions
• Hands on experience in Unix command and SQL queries.
