Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support professionals to join our International Voice team. You will be the first point of contact for global clients, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
  
• Provide support and guidance on Foodhub services and products
  
• Log and track issues using internal tools and CRMs
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in English with a neutral/global accent
  
• Previous experience in an international voice process is a must
  
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus
  
• Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts
