Job Description
- Build domain specific capabilities/acclerators/tools etc
- Work with Account teams to address Testing challenges and spot new opportunities
- Enhance existing capabilities using new technologies to create a differentiator service in QA
Primary Skills :
- Very strong expertise on Test Automation (JAVA, TestNG, Spring boot, Java Script, Data Driven Framework, OOPs Concept, POM)
- Have experience creating test strategy for different technology landscapes
- Hands on experience in developing at least one Test Automation framework in Java, C# or Python
- Experienced in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Writing Testcases,
- Test Design, Test Execution, Defects categorization and logging
- Have experience in setting up Continuous Testing with CI/CD pipeline
- Well versed on Data Testing and automation of Data testing in scenarios such as migration, modernization etc
- Have good understanding on Non-Functional Testing: Performance,
- Security, Resilience testing
- Good knowledge on Testing Cloud Applications
- Knowledge on new testing tools in the market and provide comparison and recommendations to clients
- Have prior experience in developing Capability presentation and Proposals. And participate in proposal defence meetings.
- Have a POV on leveraging AI in Testing use cases and Testing AI applications
- Expertise in Jira or similar tools for Management.
- Git Repository, Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integration to automation framework
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Proven records on people management and mentorship Skills
- Strong Knowledge and experience on Agile project delivery (Scrum)
- Expertise and experience in at least one industry/domain. Preferably banking
Secondary Skills :
- Knowledge on package applications like SalesForce, MSD CRM, SAP etc.
- Have a good understanding on nice organizations providing testing services in specific domains.
