Salesforce Developer (Agentforce Experience)

Experience- 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Agentforce.
• Implement, configure, and maintain Agentforce applications to streamline agent onboarding, lead management, commissions, and service processes.
• Design and develop robust integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Perform data migrations and transformation using Data Loader, Workbench, or custom tools.
• Participate in the full application life cycle design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on experience working with Agentforce or similar agent onboarding/management tools.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, etc.
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
