Role & responsibilities
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for LAP loan disbursals, processing fees, and income.
Identifying and acquiring new customers for LAP loans, including through referrals and building rapport with key clients.
Managing client engagements and building strong relationships with existing customers.
Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve regional and national goals for LAP products.
Team Management and Development:
Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Ensuring team members are adequately trained and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful LAP sales.
Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Operational Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate databases and reporting on sales performance and other key metrics.
Identifying and driving cross-selling opportunities for other financial products and services, such as insurance.
Ensuring adherence to all documentation requirements and regulatory guidelines for LAP loans.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with LAP loans.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a customer-centric approach and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to gain market share.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
