We are looking for 14+years experienced Technical Project Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, especially under fixed-bid and time-bound engagements. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical acumen, proven experience in managing complex software projects, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities include:
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of fixed-bid and time & material projects.
Own project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality goals are met.
Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for all customer interactions and escalations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders (Business, IT, Product teams).
Facilitate requirement workshops, reviews, and regular cadence meetings with clients.
Team Management
Lead cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore) including developers, testers, business analysts, and support staff.
Drive resource planning, effort estimation, and allocation based on project needs.
Ensure high team performance through mentoring, motivation, and timely feedback.
Drive project health assessments and corrective actions when needed.
Present project dashboards and reports to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Technical Understanding
Understand solution architecture, technical dependencies, and constraints.
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making with Architects and Dev Leads.
Provide value-added input during design and implementation phases
Primary Skills :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing fixed-bid delivery engagements.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, or similar PM tools.
Hands-on experience in managing full SDLC projects (preferably with web or enterprise applications).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Experience in working with global delivery models (onsite/offshore).
Secondary Skills :
Experience in pre-sales support including solutioning, estimations, and proposal creation.
Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or data platforms is a plus.
