Job Description

Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with project goals and timelines.Framework Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.Test Script Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts for various testing levels, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.Tool Selection and Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate test automation tools and technologies to optimize testing processes.CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to enable continuous testing.Test Execution and Analysis: Execute automated tests, analyze results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to the development team.Performance Testing: Design and execute performance tests to evaluate system scalability, stability, and responsiveness.Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to QA automation engineers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools, and drive their implementation.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing throughout the software development lifecycle.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks.Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in test automation and quality assurance.
