Job Description

• On time and error free reporting of all performance reports.
• Analysis and Service intelligence from data by looking at trends.
• Real time flagging of issues by looking at data.
• Research and come up with innovative solutions for Business improvement.
• Data warehousing for all performance metrics across region.
• Ensure all the MIS reports are accurate & as per the standard reporting requirements stated by internal as well as external customers.
• Ensure timely & accurate reporting of client & internal MIS, ad hoc data/information & analysis requests.
• Ensure that all the automation requirements are identified.
• Take initiative for continuous process improvements & provide new innovate solutions.
• Enhance skill & knowledge of self through training & acquire the necessary certifications.
• Facilitate Level Agreement (SLA) compliance in all VACs and avoid service penalties as applicable.

• SLA Management & Reporting
• Resource management Capacity planning for all Regions and review of plans
• Ontime and Accurate reporting to external and internal stakeholders 
• Customer and Client Satisfaction
• Small scale excel / Power BI Automations 
  Knowledge & Key Skills:
• Advance knowledge and hands-on experience of BA tools like Power BI
• Proficiency with MS office with sound knowledge (complex formulae, VBA macro, Power Queries etc) of Excel
• Should be able to present data in a meaningful full way in Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations or Power BI Dashboard
• Pleasant disposition, comfortable to interact with people from different cultures and levels, feedback skills, leadership skills
