Role & responsibilities
Conduct Pre-Signing Audits (PSA) to assess transformation feasibility
Build BOQs and define clear scope of work
Align property owners on work plans, cost & timelines
Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for materials & services
Track progress, control cost & ensure timely project delivery
Ensure each property meets OYOs quality & safety standards before go-live
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth property launch
Preferred candidate profile
Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
3 to 7 years of experience in civil project execution
Exposure to the hospitality industry is a bonus
Strong understanding of civil specs and ability to create BOQs
Excellent stakeholder management & on-ground problem-solving
Willingness to travel daily for on-site execution
