Job Description
Job Summary:
A seasoned Tech Lead with a rich background in diverse technology stacks and a deep understanding of enterprise application architecture. This role does not involve direct team leadership but requires to significantly influence development teams through expert consultation and technical strategy. Pivotal in enhancing the software solutions by identifying and addressing gaps in architecture, performance, and security, and by ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Not only technically proficient but also experienced in handling complex and high-stakes projects in an advisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth reviews and audits of existing application architectures to identify areas for improvement in performance, security, and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to development teams on best practices in application design, coding, and deployment, particularly in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with various technical teams to enhance middleware and integration strategies, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Lead the initiative to bridge gaps in security practices and compliance, aligning with the stringent requirements of the automobile industry.
- Utilize deep technical expertise to advise on optimizing database architectures and data management practices.
- Act as a key technical consultant within the core group, influencing project directions and outcomes based on technical evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise application development with a focus on complex and large-scale projects.
- Expertise in multiple programming environments and a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure setup and management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Ability to assess and critique technical work, providing constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Strong familiarity with the automotive industrys software requirements is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Technical depth in understanding middleware, API integrations, and system interoperability.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in cloud technologies, security, or related areas are a plus.
