Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.

Requirements:

1. Provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills.

3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Interview Date: 13-May-2025 to 16-May-2025

Interview Time: 10:30AM to 1:00PM

If selected, all the documents including educational certificates, ID proofs and experience letters are required for documentation.

Job Details:

1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well)

2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)

3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.

4. Educational certificates are mandatory.

5. Must be flexible to work from office.
