We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Product & Technology team. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our digital products. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, your work will help us deliver intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Translate concepts into user-friendly interfaces and engaging designs for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Maintain design consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Work closely with the front-end development team to ensure design feasibility and execution.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating feedback into actionable design solutions.
Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to team members and stakeholders.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
