About the Role
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Product & Technology team. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our digital products. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, your work will help us deliver intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Translate concepts into user-friendly interfaces and engaging designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the front-end development team to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- 2-5 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating feedback into actionable design solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
