* Strong technical skills in Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, React, Angular, SQL Server, Oracle Databases.
* 2+ years software engineering management experience.
* 6+ years hands on software development experience.
* BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Expertise in Agile development processes.
- Collaborate across Product Management, Quality Engineering, Professional Services, Hosting and other teams.
- Mentor, train and help grow an engineering team
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and multiple projects at once.
- Ability to deliver a best in class product and instill development best practices that drive high quality results.
