Title: Associate Senior Executive / Senior Executive

Required Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Desired Experience: 1-3 years


Job Objective: The objective of this role is to sell 99acres customized subscription packages to the already registered members (Property Owners) of the platform.


Job Description:

  • Speak with pre-generated leads via calls and sell Paid Plans
  • Understand customer needs and handle their queries about paid plans
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ability to influence & negotiate with the customers
  • Fast learner who has a passion for sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening skills & strong convincing skills

Other Details:

  • 5.5 Days working (rotational week offs)
  • Up to 150 calls / day and daily Talk time of 3 hours
