Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Technical Support Executive/Engineer to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a technical support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention in time bound manner
  • Gaining excellent product knowledge during the training phase to enhance customer support
  • Planning the standardization of support delivery.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Skills Required
  • A bachelors or masters degree in BCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, or M.Tech
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

  • Account Management: Experience in managing customer accounts, including updating, maintaining, and optimizing account information for better service delivery.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented in handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, and resolving issues.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and product teams.
