Job Description
- Deeply understand and analyze currentbusiness processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design, develop, and implementeffective business process management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to design and develop enterprise applications that meet businessrequirements.
- Utilize business process miningtechniques to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for processimprovements.
- Implement automation solutions tostreamline and enhance business processes.
- Leverage your technical skills andexperience to support and guide the development and implementation ofapplications.
- Work closely with stakeholders togather requirements, provide insights, and ensure alignment with businessgoals.
- Prepare comprehensive documentationand reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status tostakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices to continuously improve business processes and applications. - Develop and utilize user stories,personas, and user journeys to ensure that solutions are user-centric and meetthe needs of end-users.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manageprojects, ensuring iterative development, timely delivery, and continuousfeedback.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such assprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain projectmomentum and team alignment. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience inbusiness process understanding, business process management, and businessprocess automation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementingenterprise applications.
- Strong technical expertise inrelevant technologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business processmining techniques and tools.
- Understanding of industry-specificbusiness processes and regulations.
- Experience with creating andutilizing user stories, personas, and user journeys.
- Strong communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projectsand priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agileenvironments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelordegree in businessadministration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- This position is available at both the Indore and Hyderabad offices.
