Business Analyst @ Ignatiuz Software

• Drive exploratory data analysis that marries qualitative assessment/research with quantitative supporting findings to drive decisions.
  
• Partner with product management / engineering / marketing to set critical metrics, and build support dashboards/reports that measure these meaningful metrics to drive support strategic decisions.
  
• Communicate/present concise and concrete reports to all collaborators of product management/project management and partners.
  
• Design and automate reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage User journey in Document Cloud.
  
• Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed.
  
• Use multiple data sources to provide a view of the customer journey across products.
  
• Find innovative ways to search for relevant patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large data volumes that lead to business improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst, business process analyst,or similar role.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• This position is available at both the Indore and Hyderabad offices.
