Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design, a deep understanding of branding principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects with creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop visually compelling branding materials, including logos, style guides, and promotional content.
Translate business goals and ideas into creative visual solutions.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual assets.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand s visual identity and guidelines.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create assets that align with strategic goals.
Interpret project briefs and provide innovative design solutions.
Present concepts and designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and finalize designs.
Software Expertise
Use industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and refine designs.
Optimize designs for different formats, including print, web, and mobile platforms.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proven experience in both digital and print design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools are a plus.
(e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Photography or illustration skills are a plus.
