Job Description

Strong conversational and problem solving skills, almost BA style. This role will very often take part in conversations whereby a user has a problem but are not sure how to resolve or what solutions are available to them. In the same way that a BA adds value, this person is leaned on to translate the user's problem language into a technical solution. Relationship building is integral.

• Extensive Atlassian experience particularly Jira and Confluence including:
• New/edit to fields, project pages, accesses etc
• Limited testing - Currently Mike's Cloud & Platforms teams complete updates for Atlassian for HBF and they complete testing in dev environments as part of the change process. This person will become involved in testing in prod environment with a particular focus on the integration of plug-ins to the core products.
• Kiteworks experience would also be advantageous. We are relatively new to this application, but the demand of this product is growing steadily.
• Proactivity around industry/product trends and improvements (eg can we do something better/cheaper?)
