Job Description
- Perform regular server patches, updates, and utilization management.
- Create and manage sites, ensuring optimal server performance and availability.
- Generate and analyze server utilization reports to maintain system healthOversee and maintain the on-premise Active Directory server.
- Manage user accounts, group policies, and security permissions.
- Administer the Team Foundation Server (TFS), ensuring it is fully operational and updated.
- Coordinate withdevelopment teams to manage source control, build automation, and deploymentprocesses.
- Execute cloud email migrations for clients, including Exchange to Microsoft 365 and G Suite migrations.
- Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- Manage and maintain the companyinternal network, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect internal systems and data.
- Manage the in-house antivirus server and ensure all security systems are up to date.
- Oversee the companyAzure instance, including managing subscriptions, billing, and resources.
- Create and manage applications as needed within the Azure environment.
- Lead and manage the IT support team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure timelyresolution of IT requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements- Bachelordegree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experiencein IT systems administration, with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory,network security, and cloud services.
- Strong experience withAzure, TFS, and internal network management.
- Proven experience incloud email migrations, particularly Exchange to Microsoft 365 and G Suite.
- In-depth knowledge ofnetwork security, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
- Excellent leadershipand team management skills.
- Strong problem-solvingabilities and attention to detail.
- Relevantcertifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIASecurity+) are a plus.
- Bachelordegree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
