Job Description
- Estimate, manage, design, plan, and monitor the MEP Engineering aspects of the project.
- Identify problems in the design, planning, manage and deliver multiple projects requirements.
- Monitor and control all MEP Engineering activities on daily basis for smooth functioning and delivery of Engineering service.
- Creating strategic design plans as per the requirement.
- Making design alternations as per the comments received from the clients.
- Responsible for ongoing training, career development and performance management of the MEP Engineering team.
- Closely and constantly engage with the Management / Leadership team to understand the vision and organizational goals.
- Prepare reports related to all MEP Engineering services and present the same to the Management / Leadership team as and when required.
- Continually review the engineering schedule during the progress of the project with regards to MEP Engineering services and report to the project Director on the same.

- Provide advise or directions on any technical aspects of the MEP Engineering services that may affect the project progress.
- In conjunction with the document controller team, ensure that the filing/logging of the MEP Engineering documentation is undertaken in line with the project requirement and continually monitor the same.
- Ensure the quality of MEP Engineering shop drawings in coordination with the MEP engineers and advise team accordingly.
- Ensure that daily progress reports are updated in the system with regards to MEP Engineering works.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members.
- Ensure that all the organizations or clients creative output / visuals are consistent with the overall expectations.
- Performing market research to create better design.
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 20 years of experience with BE / B.Tech degree
- PREFERRED SKILLS Sound knowledge of handling MEP Engineering projects team Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and construction management software Excellent written and oral communication skills Analytical and Decision-making skills Ability to foster collaborative work environment Site Execution knowledge preferable Should be creative and innovative
