We are hiring for Center Head for Bihar location who will be heading Govt Examination Center and will be permanently deployed in Bihar only.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Center Head to oversee the smooth functioning of government examination centers across Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT operations, administrative management, team supervision, and facility oversight to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Center Management: Ensure smooth execution of government exams across all assigned centers.
- Maintain strict adherence to government examination guidelines, SOPs, and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with local authorities, government departments, and stakeholders as required.
2. IT Operations: Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the central IT team for software updates, system backups, and real-time technical support during exams.
- Ensure data security, surveillance system functionality, and biometric systems are operational.
3. Administrative Operations: Manage exam logistics including seating arrangements, student flow, and security.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of center equipment and supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation, report generation, and audit readiness.
4. Team Management: Supervise a team of center staff including IT support, security personnel, and administrative executives.
- Plan and execute staff training, rostering, and performance evaluations. Ensure high morale and discipline across the workforce.
5. Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the centers.
- Liaise with vendors for facility-related services including housekeeping, security, power backup, etc.
- Ensure centers are examination-ready as per government standards.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in education, IT, or government projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple centers.
- Work Environment: Extensive travel within Bihar may be required.
- Must be available during examination days, including weekends and holidays if needed.
