Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Study Design briefs & determine requirements.
- Excellent visualization of the idea with knowledge of print/web platforms.
- Responsible for executing creative, art and execution of print media projects
- Apply brand guidelines, values, and relevance throughout the marketing collateral and print. A strong knowledge of design, typography, colors, layouts, design, print production, selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Complete Design & Layout knowledge of Print Media related works, i.e. Logo, Photo Editing, Newspaper Advertisement, Corporate Brochure, Prospectus, Flyer, Magazine, OOH Media and all other print media related assignments.
- Work on social media posts digital ads
- Ability to come up with creative concepts and translate the same into visual references in print and online collateral within the given timelines.
- A creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and the ability to approach things from a different perspective, capable of thinking on your feet in high pressure scenarios
- Ability to achieve expected quality output along with daily targets
- Should have strong presentation skills, workflow management and communication skills
- Partner with others on the team, and also with teams across, for cohesive creative executions
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts or Graphic Design, with more than 5 years of experience
- Candidates should have a Strong Portfolio that demonstrates their conceptualization and Design skills.
- Design Software: Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ms Office and In Design are must
- Good presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization
- Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks independently
