Handle student queries and complaints through phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Maintain student records and prepare reports using Excel
Manage and update Student LMS
Provide academic operations support including coordination with internal teams and faculty
Communicate with faculty regarding schedules, sessions, academic updates
Ensure smooth execution of online/offline academic sessions
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, reporting, basic formulas, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable interacting with faculty and students
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience:
Minimum 6 months relevant experience in Education domain/University/Institution
Previous work experience in a university, college, or educational institution is desirable
Qualification- Any Graduate with Good Communication Skills
