Job: Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

We are looking for female candidates who are looking to return to work after a career break.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Human Resources or a related field) with strong communication skills and a working knowledge of MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

• Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

• Support the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, etc.)

• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires

• Assist with payroll preparation and other HR documentation

• Handle employee queries and provide administrative support

• Generate reports and presentations as required using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
