Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented IT FMS Engineer to handle the full lifecycle of IT asset management. This role involves coordinating asset logistics, onboarding support, telecom provisioning, and monthly audits, with hands-on experience using ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding asset issuance and offboarding asset retrieval.
- Coordinate dispatch and receipt of IT equipment across office locations.
- Maintain inventory records of laptops, iPhones, SIMs, WiFi dongles, etc.
- Procure telecom assets (Voice/Data SIMs, dongles) and liaise with vendors.
- Conduct monthly audits and maintain compliance with asset tracking policies.
- Update and manage asset-related records in ServiceNow.
- Provide support to internal teams for asset-related queries and escalations.
Requirements:
- 56 years of experience in IT asset management or FMS roles.
- Proficient with asset tracking tools, especially ServiceNow.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with telecom providers (e.g., Airtel) for asset provisioning.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage logistics with accuracy.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Level 3 NOC/SOC Engineer to lead and support critical incident resolution, advanced troubleshooting, and system/network security operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in monitoring tools, network protocols, firewall configurations, and security event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the escalation point for complex network and security incidents.
- Monitor network and system performance using enterprise tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Handle firewall configurations, VPN setups, and traffic analysis.
- Respond to security threats and assist in incident response activities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and compliance.
- Maintain and update network/security documentation and SOPs.
- Train and mentor L1/L2 team members where needed.
Requirements:
- 56 years of experience in NOC/SOC environments at L3 level.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Nagios.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical issues.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent) are a plus.
