In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data to support various business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry : Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring high data quality and completeness.
Data Validation : Review and verify data entries to ensure accuracy and correct formatting.
Data Analysis : Assist in the analysis of large datasets, including organizing, sorting, and summarizing data for reports.
Reporting : Generate regular reports from Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs, to help in decision-making.
Database Management: Organize and maintain Excel files and documents in an organized manner, ensuring easy retrieval and sharing.
Data Cleansing: Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data, ensuring proper formatting and uniformity.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to collect and input necessary data, assist with data-driven projects, and support team goals.
