Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor analysis for international markets.
• Develop concepts and designs based on user-centered design principles, ergonomics, and intellectual property management.
• Analyze materials used in furniture production to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations during product development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in furniture R&D specializing in international markets.
• Strong understanding of concept development, cost optimization, ergonomics, material analysis, prototyping techniques.
• Knowledge of trend forecasting a plus.
