Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal office employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT problems, including LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, system performance, and application errors.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and standard software packages.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of design software including 3Ds Max, Maya, Rhino, AutoCAD, Blender, and V-Ray.
• Assist with the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Track and manage inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper allocation and lifecycle documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support when required.
  

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
