Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, product and customer-centric Product Success Executive who will play a pivotal role in pre-sales, implementation, and ensuring the smooth deployment of our products. This role is responsible for guiding prospects and clients through the product implementation journey by understanding their business needs and aligning our product s capabilities to drive business success.
Job Description:
1. Pre-Sales :
o Assist the sales team in the pre-sales phase to understand customer pain points, business processes, and solution requirements.
o Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
o Assist sales to build client-specific pitches using product insights, case studies, success stories.
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on client expectations, solution delivery.
2. Implementation :
o Lead requirement gathering sessions with the client and their key stakeholders.
o Analyze customer s existing systems, processes, and business gaps.
o Define product configurations and customizations as needed.
o Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
o Coordinate pre-go-live activities, including testing and user acceptance.
o Ensure successful go-live by overseeing data migration, system configuration, user support.
3. Post-Go-Live :
o Ensure smooth post-go-live support and handover to the Customer Success team.
o Monitor product performance during the initial go-live period.
o Work closely with the customer and Customer Success team to address any initial concerns and make system refinements.
4. Continuous Engagement :
o Provide feedback, suggestions to the product team based on client interactions and insights.
o Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities during and post the implementation phase.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in product implementation, preferably in an IT product company.
- Strong understanding of logistics/freight forwarding business processes, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and knowledge in the logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
