Title: Executive Social Media

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends before

they peak, and can craft a narrative that grabs attention in 3 seconds or less. This is your

chance to shape the voice of India's premier cruise brand across Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day content calendar for all platforms
• Collaborate with the Content Lead and agency to ideate, write, and post
• Work closely with design and video partners to build high-performing content
• Coordinate shoot briefs, influencer reposts, and internal campaign updates
• Track trends, reels formats, audio trends, and engagement tactics
• Monitor comments and DMs in coordination with the ORM Executive
• Report on monthly engagement and growth metrics

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field of study
• 2-4 years of social media marketing experience in an agency or an in-house team
• Strong planning capabilities to identify and prioritise communication strategies and

activities as well as to meet the deadlines required to support business needs

• Excellent research, written, verbal and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Understanding of brand voice, visual storytelling, social media trends and

engagement tactics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media analytics tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing content schedules
• Canva/video editing or motion design familiarity
