Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous professional who will be working as a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling sales proposals, developing impactful presentations, and coordinating effectively with the
various functions of the Sales & Pre-sales process. This role requires strong communication skills,creative and out of box thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. This candidate should be self-motivated, creative, and eager to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create well-structured and persuasive sales proposals and agreements tailored to client requirements.
  • Design and develop professional presentations to support sales pitches and business meetings.
  • Responsible for coordinating between the sales team and other teams working
  • Collaborate with the Stakeholders to gather necessary insights and data for proposals and presentations.
  • Consistently contribute innovative ideas to streamline and improve our processes.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of proposals.
  • Document minutes of every meeting and promptly share them with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a good work relationship with the development team to ensure a smooth pre-sales process.
  • Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates and presentation materials.
  • Ensure all sales collateral is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, pre-sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Also, must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and design tools like Canva.
  • Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working in a Software development company is a plus.
