Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Estimation:
Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation and sign off
Lead the estimation for any CR, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders
Resource Planning and Management:
Prepare resource plan including people, space, infrastructure, and liaison with required groups to fulfill the required project resource requirements.
Team co-ordination and Stakeholder Management:
Communicate interdependencies across multiple teams within own area, drives convergence across these teams to ensure smooth functioning of the teams of XXX, customer and SAP Ariba.
Customer Relationship Management:
Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutioning.
Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer delight
Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues
Project Quality Management:
Identify quality goals and processes with the help from QA and prepare a comprehensive quality plan to ensure high quality delivery. Training team on quality requirement for project not only limiting to deliverables but all aspect of projects.
Application of the proprocessess frameworks like Activate, Agile at project and program level to comply with organizational/client standards
