JD CRM Integration Manager

Summary

• Experience: 4+ years
• Salary: 12-15 lacs
• Job Location: Mumbai Work from Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of CRM integration projects across

the organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and

develop appropriate solutions

• Configure, test, and deploy CRM integrations with marketing automation tools, ERP

systems, e-commerce platforms, and other business applications

• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including system architecture

diagrams, data mappings, and process flows

• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system

functionality

• Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders during integration projects
• Manage vendor relationships related to CRM integration tools and services
• Stay current with CRM technology trends and recommend improvements to existing

integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working on Zoho CRM, Leadsquare, Salesforce.
• Proven experience with API integration, middleware tools, and ETL processes
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

• Familiarity with various business applications (ERP, marketing automation, e-

commerce)

• Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
