Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, who is proficient in Python with Selenium, and has hands-on experience with GitHub and Jenkins. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manual Testing:
Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive test cases.
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX).
Identify bugs, log issues with clear reproduction steps, and track them to closure.
Collaborate closely with developers, Manager, and other QA team members.
Automation Testing:
Design and develop automation scripts using Python with Selenium WebDriver.
Maintain and enhance the automation Hybrid framework.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.
Analyze automation test results, report defects, and provide root cause analysis.
Tools & Process:
Use Git/GitHub for version control and managing code repositories.
Set up and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated test execution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Ensure test coverage and quality benchmarks are met for every release.
Required Skills:
3-4 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Strong proficiency in Python, especially with Selenium for web automation.
Experience with Git/GitHub for source code management.
Working knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
