Position: RMG Senior ExecutiveLocation: NoidaExperience: 2-5 YrsAbout the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RMG (Resource Management Group) Senior Executive to manage the strategic and tactical aspects of resource planning, allocation, and utilization across geographies, service lines, and verticals.
This role is pivotal in driving workforce efficiency, cost optimization, and talent readiness to meet dynamic business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Planning & Fulfilment: Proactively plan for resource fulfilment by monitoring demand and supply trends.
Real-time reporting of fulfilment status, cost, and utilization in coordination with Delivery Heads.
Resource Allocation & Management: Manage allocations and de-allocations across geographies, verticals, and service lines. Maintain and manage a pool of deployable resources. Ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize utilization and meet project requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Delivery Heads and Project Managers. Maintain open and clear communication regarding talent availability and business needs.
Talent Development & Skill Management: Collaborate with L&D and COEs to drive up-skilling, re-skilling, and cross-skilling initiatives.
Replenish resources at lower levels to maintain the organizational pyramid and growth structure.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Manage buffers and rotations for resource enrichment across geographies and verticals.
Drive cost control initiatives through effective resource pyramid management. Handle resources for investment and business development projects. Reporting & Analytics: Provide timely and accurate reports on resource status, cost metrics, and utilization. Leverage data to support resource planning decisions.
Must-Have Skills:
2-5 years of experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.
Strong understanding of project resourcing models and cost structures. Proficient in workforce planning tools and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/RMS platforms is a plus. Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to influence and operate effectively within a matrix structure. Awareness and sensitivity to cross-functional and geographical dynamics.
Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication. A proactive mindset, willing to learn and adapt quickly. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, if required.
