Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on education loan options for studying abroad, including eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation.
- Assist with loan application submissions and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
- Follow up on loan status with lenders and communicate updates to students in a timely manner.
- Maintain relationships with financial partners to stay updated on changing loan products, policies, and eligibility norms.
- Explain financial concepts such as co-applicant requirements, collateral options, and creditworthiness to clients in a simple and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory policies.
- Maintain accurate records of loan inquiries, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
- Collaborate with internal counselors, visa teams, and admission advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote education financing options.
